Hi, I’m Veronica Hein — a multidisciplinary creative based in Brooklyn, NY. I’m always excited to keep growing, collaborating, and making work that feels honest and human. For me, creating is all about connection, vulnerability, and the synergy of teamwork.
Originally from central Illinois, I moved to New York City to study film at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where I earned my BFA in May 2024.
What defines me most as an artist is my adaptability. I love exploring and refining my creative voice across many different forms — from directing, acting, and sound mixing to writing. So far, I’ve directed two narrative short films, a music video, and a mini-series, always with more in the works! As an actor, I’ve played a wide range of roles, from leads to background, and I love diving into scripts to discover new characters. I also work professionally as an on-set sound mixer, owning and operating my own gear and booking gigs regularly. Currently, I am a producer and director at En Route Projects.
I am more than excited to continue broadening my horizons and creating, always with an open heart and a smile on my face.
